Why should one do meditation and Yoga?
Meditation and Yoga have proven benefits for body-mind mechanism. Several scientific research point to the fact that meditation and Yoga increases memory and control mechanisms of brain. Yoga practice of just 20 minutes gives better results than aerobic exercises or other similar disciplines for the same amount of time.
What are the benefits of attending PranDhyan course?

What would be covered in first two days? What would be covered in next four days?
First two days of the course will cover the introduction to PranDhyanTM meditation along with practical meditation steps. Thereafter, the next four days will go into the advanced techniques for higher level Chakras. Each day will fine tune the understanding of ultimate spiritual knowledge.
What are Chakras?
Chakras are the energy centers within body. They have physical, mental and spiritual significance. Activating these Chakras leads to lively, energetic and blissful life.
Who can attend the course?
Yoga means Union. And we believe in unionizing people belonging to different religions, caste, creed, status, gender. So anyone above 18 years of age can take benefit of this course.
Who will conduct the course?
PranDhyanTM courses are conducted by Lila Foundation which is created by a convent-educated Sadhu with professional experience in India, US and UK.
You will learn directly from the founder of Lila Foundation.
What are preferable timings of the course?
Ideally two hours in the morning is the best time for meditation. Preferable to come with empty stomach (People with Diabetes or anyone taking tables can have some light snack before class, if they really need to). One can send their timing preference to the organizer.
8) Are there any rules for attending the course?
Yes. We value committed daily and timely attendance. Students coming early would be rewarded!! Those coming late would be discarded On some days students would be explained and then given interesting topics to meditate, contemplate and then write their views. We forbid taking of notes and recordings. These rules can be clarified on the first day of the course while filling the registration form.
Can one ask questions to clarify the understanding?
Yes. The sessions would be free flowing interactive with interesting question and answer period.
Does one need to bring anything?
Not much. One may optionally bring their Yoga mat if they desire. One need to bring their photograph on first or second day for registration form.
